APSRTC buses operate regularly from near the railway station to Tirumala. These include the Sapthagiri Express (state-run buses) which take pilgrims up the ghat road to Tirumala.
A one-way bus ticket typically costs around ₹84 (approx.) on state-run APSRTC services.
The journey duration is about 1 hour, depending on traffic and road conditions.
Departure times typically start early morning (around 6:00 AM) and continue until afternoon (about 4:00 PM) on most days.
